The house is located in the picturesque village of Benenden, and is only a short walk from the local community shop / cafe and the village pub. The location is ideal for families or couples looking to explore the Kent countryside. Here, the famous High Weald Landscape Trail is literally just outside your front door. The lovely towns of Cranbrook and Tenterden, the charming village of Goudhurst, Hempsted Forest, Sissinghurst Castle and Garden, and Bodiam Castle are all within a 10-minutes drive.

HIGH SEASON: £1,050 - £1,250/week or £235/night (min. 4 nights)
15 May - 15 September; and 20 December - 3 January
MID-SEASON: £995 /week or £235/night (min. 3 nights)
1 April - 14 May; and 16 September - 31 October
LOW SEASON: £895/week or £220/night (min. 3 nights)

Additional Information
- Payment: 30% deposit is required at time of booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation: If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date, no refund will be given. For cancellations made between 4 and 8 weeks before the arrival date, 70% of the rental fee will be refunded. For cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the arrival date, a full refund will be offered less a £50 administration fee.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of £200 is required. The deposit will be refunded in full following your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Check-in: 15:00 - 22:00; Check-out: 10:00
- Sorry, pets are not allowed.
- The property is strictly non-smoking.
- Parties/events are forbidden. The property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
- Please note, the staircase leading to the second floor / single bedroom is very steep and not well-suited for young children or people with mobility constraints.
